第四屆臺灣原子針尖斷層影像儀研習會 The 4th Taiwan Atom Probe Tomography (APT) Workshop 2024
在2018、2022和2023年成功舉辦APT研習會後，2024年第四屆台灣原子針尖斷層影像儀(Atom Probe Tomography, APT)工作坊將於8月2日在台灣半導體研究中心（TSRI）舉行，這裡也是台灣第一台公開使用的原子針尖斷層影像儀所在地。今年的研習會旨在進一步推廣台灣原子針尖斷層影像技術的研究。我們邀請了來自學界和業界的研究人員，共同討論原子針尖斷層影像的最新發展和應用，特別是在半導體方面的應用。此外，還將安排參觀原子針尖斷層影像儀（LEAP 5000 XR）的參訪。我們誠摯邀請來自不同領域的科學家、工程師和學生參加第四屆台灣原子針尖斷層影像儀研習會。
After successful workshops in 2018, 2022, and 2023, the 4th Taiwan Atom Probe Workshop will be held on August 2nd at the Taiwan Semiconductor Research Institute (TSRI), where the first public open atom probe in Taiwan is installed. The workshop this year aims to further promote the research and education of atom probe in Taiwan. We invited researchers from academia and industry to discuss the latest developments and applications of atom probe. Furthermore, a Lab Tour to the newly installed atom probe instrument (LEAP 5000 XR) will be organized. We cordially invite scientists, engineers, and students from different fields to join the 4th Taiwan Atom Probe Workshop.
