台灣與波蘭雙邊學術交流研討會(2023 Taiwan-Poland Symposium on Semiconductor Technology)

會議緣起：此研討會邀請台灣及波蘭半導體領域相關專家學者交流，並開放台灣學術界師生共襄盛舉。
期望透過半導體中心既有於國內產學研合作機制，讓國內更多研究團隊共同與會參與互動交流，深化兩國學術交流管道。
預計交流主題如下：
(1) Higher operating temperature IR detectors based on T2SLs
(2) Secure optical communication with low-noise semiconductor detectors
(3) Crystal Growth and Characterization of 2D Layered Chalcogenides Semiconductors
(4) High efficiency and high power density DC-DC converters
(5) GaN and other semiconductor devices for today and future electronics
(6) High power transistors and other GaN related topics
