目的
國家實驗研究院台灣半導體研究中心（Taiwan Semiconductor Research Institute, TSRI）將於 2026 年 5 月 14 日至 15 日假國立陽明交通大學電子與資訊研究中心國際會議廳舉辦第六屆「奈米元件電路與技術研討會暨高階人才養成計畫成果發表會」（The 6th Symposium on Nano-Device Circuits and Technologies & Joint Developed Project (JDP) Results Presentation, SNDCT 2026）。
本屆 SNDCT 結合 TSRI 年度 JDP 計畫成果發表，除邀請國內外專家學者進行專題演講與技術分享外，今年特別新增學生論文口頭發表競賽，提供青年學子展現研究成果與學術交流之平台。
本研討會誠摯邀請國內半導體相關領域之專家先進，如：TSRI JDP 計畫主持人、研究人員及學生踴躍參與。研討主題涵蓋下列半導體元件、電路與系統之前瞻研究領域：
1. 新興元件與運算技術
2. 先進邏輯與記憶體技術
3. 高頻與功率元件電路及化合物半導體技術
4. 微機電、感測器、先進封裝與異質整合技術
5. 光電與矽光子技術
6. 新穎材料檢測與分析技術
此外，活動亦將邀請多家半導體產業指標廠商之專家共同參與，期透過產學交流與互動，促進學術界與產業界之技術交流與合作，加速半導體相關前瞻技術之研發與應用
The 6th Symposium on Nano-Device Circuits and Technologies & Joint Developed Project (JDP) Results Presentation (SNDCT 2026) will be hosted by the Taiwan Semiconductor Research Institute (TSRI), National Institutes of Applied Research from May 14 to 15, 2026.
SNDCT2026 combines the presentation of TSRI's annual JDP project results. In addition to inviting experts and scholars to give keynote speeches and share their technologies, an oral presentation competition has been added in this year, providing a platform for students to showcase their research and engage in academic exchanges.
We sincerely invite JDP project leaders, researchers, and students in the fields of semiconductor. The topics include the following forward-looking research areas of semiconductor devices, circuits, and systems:
1. Emerging Devices and Computing Technologies
2. Advanced Logic and Memory Technologies
3. High-Frequency and Power Device Circuits, and Compound Semiconductor Technologies
4. MEMS, Sensors, Advanced Packaging, and Heterogeneous Integration
5. Optoelectronics and Silicon Photonics
6. Novel Materials Characterization and Analysis
In addition, we will invite experts from several leading semiconductor companies to participate, aiming to promote technological exchange and cooperation between academia and industry through industry-academia collaboration, and accelerate the research and application of advanced semiconductor technologies.
