評選說明
1.學生投稿時，需在論文中勾選參加論文口頭競賽或優良海報競賽，主辦單位將依主題邀請專業人士進行評選。
When submitting the paper, students must indicate whether they wish to participate in the Oral Presentation Competition or the Best Poster Competition. The organizers will invite professionals to evaluate the submissions based on their topics.
2.論文口頭競賽：參加口頭競賽的論文，將依六大主題分別評選出5篇優良論文。報告者需於會議期間進行15分鐘口頭報告(10分鐘報告、5分鐘Q&A)。投影片內容應以英文撰寫，而口頭報告中/英文不拘。得獎名單會於5 月15 日頒獎典禮公布且頒獎。而未被選中口頭競賽論文者，將併入優良海報競賽。
Oral Presentation Competition: Papers participating in the Oral Presentation Competition will be selected 5 outstanding papers for each topic. The presenter is required to give a 15-minute oral presentation during the conference (10 minutes for the oral presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A). The content of the slides should be written in English, while the oral presentation can be in either Chinese or English. The list of awardees will be announced and presented at the awards ceremony on May 15. Papers not selected for the oral competition will be included in the Best Poster Competition.
3.優良海報競賽：海報最遲須於5 月15 日早上9:00 前需張貼完畢於展示會場中，優良海報獎評審委員將於5 月15 日早上11:00-12:00 進行評鑑，參賽同學需在此時間於海報旁回答評審委員之提問。評審委員評分根據海報內容、格式、現場問答等方式進行評鑑，各投稿主題分別評分。
Best Poster Competition: The posters must be fully displayed at the exhibition venue no later than 9:00 am on May 15, and all of the presenter must remain by their poster board for the Q&A discussion during the Poster Review Session 11:00 am – 12:00 pm on May 15. The evaluation of the Best Poster Award will be based on criteria such as poster content, format, and the participants’ responses.
Each submission category will be evaluated separately.
4. 論文口頭競賽與優良海報競賽之參加身分: 目前在學之大學或碩博士學生。
Eligibility for Oral Presentation Competition and Best Poster Competition: Current undergraduate, master's, or doctoral students.
5.作者群可含大學、碩博士學生、研究助理、博士後研究、研究員、指導教授或業界合作對象。
The authors may include undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students, research assistants, postdoctoral researchers, researchers, advisors, or industry collaborators.
6.投稿者可不限篇數投稿，經大會同意接受者，始可參加論文口頭競賽或優良海報競賽評選，且報告者須為大會之註冊人員。
There is no limit on the number of submissions per participant. Only submissions accepted by the SNDCT2026 committee will be eligible for Oral Presentation Competition and Best Poster Competition evaluation. Additionally, the presenter must be a registered participant of the conference.
7.TSRI JDP 團隊需投稿，發表成果為申請TSRI JDP之必要指標。
The TSRI JDP team is required to submit a paper, as presenting research findings is a mandatory criterion for applying to the TSRI JDP program.
8.請使用投稿範本撰寫繳交摘要2至4頁，以4頁為限，內容包含研究成果、表格、圖表與參考文獻，並於首頁勾選參加論文口頭競賽或優良海報競賽。
Please use the template to prepare and submit an abstract of 2 to 4 pages, with a maximum of 4 pages. The content should include research findings, tables, figures, and references. Please also indicate whether you are participating in the Oral Presentation Competition or Best Poster Competition on the first page.
9.檔案皆須以PDF格式上傳。請仔細檢查內容、特殊符號是否正確顯示。檔案內容不應超過 20MB。
All files must be uploaded in PDF format. Please carefully check the content and ensure that special characters are displayed correctly. The file size must not exceed 20MB.
10.請使用線上投稿系統上傳摘要。

論文海報格式
海報展示板尺寸為寬100 cm，高200 cm，直式。海報內容的編排方式不限，中英文呈現不限，以容易閱讀且清楚展示為原則。最小字體建議為24 point ( 約0.9 cm 高)，標題建議為36 point ( 約 1.2 cm 高)，以方便讀者閱讀。海報最上端需註明「文章標題」、「作者」與「作者資訊」，並請附上聯絡方式，以供有疑問之讀者可直接與作者聯繫。
The poster board dimension is 200 cm in height and 100 cm in width, and is oriented vertically. The content of the poster may be presented in either Mandarin or English. Posters must be clear and easy to read. It is suggested to use 24-point font (~0.9 cm height) or larger, and the title is suggested to be written in 36-point font (~1.2 cm height), for ease of reading. The top of the posters should contain the article title, author´s name, information about the author, and the author's contact information for readers who wish to inquire.

獎項說明
論文口頭競賽獎 (Oral Presentation Award)
• 特優獎6 名(各領域取1名)：頒發獎狀乙紙，獎金新台幣15,000元。
Gold Award (1st place for each topic): Awarded certificates and NTD 15,000.
• 優等獎6 名(各領域取1名)：頒發獎狀乙紙，獎金新台幣12,000元。
Silver Award (one winner for each topic): Awarded certificates and NTD 12,000.
• 佳作獎6 名(各領域取1名)：頒發獎狀乙紙，獎金新台幣8,000 元。
Bronze Award (one winner for each topic): Awarded certificates and NTD 8,000.
• 入圍獎12 名(各領域取2名)：頒發獎狀乙紙，獎金新台幣5,000 元。
Shortlist Award (two winner for each topic): Awarded certificates and NTD 5,000.
優良海報獎 (Best Poster Awards)
至少6 名(各領域至少取1名)：頒發獎狀乙紙，獎金新台幣5,000 元。
At least 6 winners in total (at least one winner for each topic): Awarded certificates and NTD 5,000.
注意事項
1. 主辦單位將於研討會5 月15 日中午12:00 進行頒獎儀式，公佈論文口頭獎及優良海報獎之得獎名單並進行頒獎，敬邀全體與會者參加頒獎典禮。
The Award Ceremony will take place at 12 pm on May 15. Meanwhile, Oral Presentation Award and Best Poster Awards will be announced and granted to the winners by SNDCT2026 committee. All SNDCT2026 attendees are invited to attend the ceremony.
2. 論文口頭獎領獎者由報告者或作者群中派一位代表領獎。需注意領獎者需在現場且有註冊會議，無則獎金取消。獎狀將以郵寄方式寄至報名時指定地址。
The recipient of Oral Presentation Award should be the presenter or the group of authors. Please note that the awardee must be present and registered for the conference; otherwise, the prize will be forfeited. The certificate will be mailed to the address specified from registration system.
3. 優良海報獎領獎者由報告者或作者群中派一位代表領獎。需注意領獎者需在現場且有註冊會議，無則獎金取消。獎狀將以郵寄方式寄至報名時指定地址。

4. 活動結束後，如欲保留海報，敬請於5 月15 日 (五) 下午1:00 自行撤除完畢。逾時未拆者，將由本中心代為處理。
The posters should be removed before 1:00 pm on May 15 (Friday). TSRI will discard the display materials that not removed following the closing.
5. 榮獲本研討會論文競賽得獎者，需義務提供中文版本，並授權本中心可使用論文，刊登於本中心刊物，特此告知。各獎項將依照稅法規定進行申報。
Authors of accepted papers must transfer the copyright to TSRI and provide the article in Mandarin for publishing articles. The prize should be included in the tax declaration.
6. 若有任何未盡事宜，主辦單位保有隨時補充、說明、修改之權利。
The SNDCT2026 committee keeps the right for adding remarks and modifies the description.
