投稿原則 Paper Guidelines

  • 格式：論文請以英文撰寫、A4紙 single-space two column、字體大小10之格式打字，圖、文合計以4頁為限。 (格式Word Format下載)
    Format: Contributions should be single-spaced and written in English with a standard 10-point font. The content, including figures, may not exceed four pages.  (Format download)

  • 投稿方式：一律以 pdf 格式投稿至本研討會網站。欲更新論文請至更新論文頁面，請勿重複投稿。若欲投稿兩篇論文，請分2次投稿。
    Submission :Papers (in pdf format) must be submitted to the SNDCT 2023 website. If needed, authors may make changes to their papers after submission. Please do not submit multiple copies of the same paper. If an author wishes to submit two different papers, please submit them separately.

  • 日期：2022年12月30日開始受理投稿；徵文截止日期為2023年3月19日；預計2023年4月14日前通知論文審查結果。提醒：獲論文入選同學務必於2023年4月30日前完成研討會報名。
    Date:The online submission will start on December 30, 2022; The paper submission deadline is March 19, 2023; Accepted papers will be announced before April 14, 2023.
    Note: All paper authors are required to register for SNDCT 2023 before April 30, 2023.

  • 備註：經評選獲選接受之論文將印製於大會論文集(僅收錄摘要部份)。
    Remarks: Note: Authors of accepted papers must transfer the copyright to conference materials of SNDCT 2023 (abstract only).

 
評選說明 Review Guidelines

(1) 論文獎：學生投稿完成後，主辦單位將依主題邀請專業人士進行評選，得獎名單會於5月19日頒獎典禮公布且頒獎。The Thesis Award: After students submit their papers, the organizer will invite experts to score by respective topics. The winners will be announced and awarded in the award ceremony on May 19.

(2) 優良海報獎：海報於5月18日早上9點30分前需張貼完畢於展示會場中，優良海報獎評審委員將於5月19日早上11:00-12:00進行評鑑，參賽同學需在此時間於海報旁回答評審委員之提問。評審委員評分根據海報內容、格式、學生回答等方式進行評鑑，各投稿主題分別評分，優良海報獎參賽人數15人以下得獎人數為一名，16至30人得獎人數為兩名，以此類推。每位得獎者得獎獎金為新台幣5,000元。所有獲獎者，除獎金外亦將獲頒獎狀乙紙。綜論論文獎及優良海報獎，同一學生參賽者，累計得獎金額最高將可獲得獎金20,000元。 Best Poster Award: Your posters are required to be set up in the morning before 9:30 on 18 May at the poster area. The committee of the poster award competition rates according to content, format, and students’ responses. All the poster authors must remain by their poster board for the Q&A discussion during the 11:00 – 12:00 Poster Review Session on 19 May. Posters are graded in the respective session. In one session, the committee will select one best poster award from 15 attendees (or two awards if there are between 16-30 attendees, etc.) The selected poster will be awarded a certificate and NTD 5,000. The maximum prize for a single student is NTD 20,000, including the thesis and best student poster awards.
 

論文海報格式 Poster Format

海報展示板尺寸為寬100 cm，高200 cm，直式。海報內容的編排方式不限，中英文呈現不限，以容易閱讀且清楚展示為原則。最小字體建議為24 point (約0.9 cm高)，標題建議為36 point (約 1.2 cm高)，以方便讀者閱讀。海報最上端需註明「文章標題」、「作者」與「作者資訊」，並請附上聯絡方式，以供有疑問之讀者可直接與作者聯繫。he poster board will be 200 cm tall by 100 cm, mounted on a stand vertically. The content of the poster may be presented in either Mandarin or English. Posters must be clear and easy to read. It is suggested to use 24-point font (~0.9 cm height) or larger, and the title is suggested to be written in 36-point font (~1.2 cm height), for ease of reading. The top of the posters should contain the article title, author’s name, information about the author, and the author’s contact information for readers who wish to inquire.
 
競賽獎項 Awards

論文獎 Thesis Award
特優獎6名：頒發獎狀乙紙，獎金新台幣15,000元。
Platinum Award (1st place for each topic): Awarded certificates and NTD 15,000
優等獎至少6名：頒發獎狀乙紙，獎金新台幣10,000元。
Gold Award (six winners at least): Awarded certificates and NTD 10,000
佳作獎至少6名：頒發獎狀乙紙，獎金新台幣5,000元。
Silver Award (six winners at least): Awarded certificates and NTD 5,000

優良海報獎 Best Poster Award
至少6名：頒發獎狀乙紙，獎金新台幣5,000元。
One best poster award is awarded for each topic (total of six winners at least): Awarded certificates and NTD 5,000.

* 論文獎每個主題特優為1名、優等及佳作獎勵至少1名，依投稿人數酌情增加。
The winners of the thesis award: 1st place will receive the Platinum Award, with at least one winner of gold and silver awards, respectively. Quota may increase depending on number of attendees.
* 優良海報獎每個主題至少1名，得獎人數依投稿人數進行後續調整。
The best poster award will be offered to at least one winner for each topic. Quota may increase depending on number of attendees.
* 同一參賽者，累計最高將可獲得獎金20,000元。
The maximum prize for a single student is NTD 20,000, including the thesis and best poster awards.
 
注意事項 Notice

  1. 海報請於2023年5月18日 (四) 上午09:30前自行張貼完成。Posters must be set up in the morning before 9:30 on 18 May (Thursday) at the poster area.
  2. 主辦單位將於研討會5月19日中午12點進行頒獎儀式，公佈論文獎及優良海報之得獎名單並進行頒獎，敬邀論文及海報競賽參與者參加頒獎典禮。The Award Ceremony will take place at 12 pm on May 19. Meanwhile, the thesis and best poster awards are announced and granted to the winners by the SNDCT committee. The thesis and poster presenters are invited to join the ceremony.
  3. 論文獎公佈獎項時，得獎者/參加競賽學生本人需在現場，無則獎金取消，獎狀以郵寄方式寄至報名時指定地址。The winners should be in the ceremony when the award is announced. If the winner is absent, the scholarship will be canceled, and awarded certificates will be sent to the address on the registration system.
  4. 優良海報獎得獎者，可由海報作者群中任一人代表領獎，需注意領獎人員需在現場且有註冊會議，無則獎金取消，獎狀以郵寄方式寄至報名時指定地址。The best poster award winners could designate one of the co-authors to accept the award. The recipient must register of SNDCT and be in the ceremony. If the winner is absent, the scholarship will be canceled, and awarded certificates will be sent to the address on the registration system.
  5. 活動結束後，如欲保留海報，敬請於5月19日 (五) 下午15:00自行撤除完畢。逾時未拆者，將由本中心代為處理。The posters should be removed before 3 pm May 19 (Friday). TSRI will discard display materials not removed following the closing.
  6. 榮獲本研討會論文競賽得獎者，需義務提供中文版本，並授權本中心可使用論文，刊登於本中心刊物，特此告知。各獎項將依照稅法規定進行申報。The prize should be included in the tax declaration.
  7. 若有任何未盡事宜，主辦單位保有隨時補充、說明、修改之權利。The SNDCT committee keeps the right to add remarks and modify the description.
