OEM Service
Application Procedures
1.Evaluation
Please refer to Equipment List or Contact and confirm your manufacturing details with the designated engineer.

2.Online Application
Register on the Member Service Platform on TSRI homepage and submit an OEM Service Application Form in the MES System.
↓
3.Review & Estimation
We will conduct a review and provide an estimation of cost for your application when the system status shows Under Review .
↓
4.Print Out
Print the OEM Service Application Form when the status shows Deliver to CS.Please refer to the submission process
↓
5.OEM Service Pickup
Package your samples according to the instructions provided below. Submit them to the TSRI Customer Service Center. Upon completion, you will receive an email notification for pickup.

6.Checkout/Billing

Notes
- Be sure to write your name and phone number on the box and wrap up with plastic wrap.
- The application form must be firmly attached to the box.
- The application form submitted for OEM Service to TSRI cleanroom must be printed on dust-free paper.
