1.Who are the users of the Chip Implementation service？

Users are teachers, research assistants and students from domestic public and private universities, colleges, and junior colleges who have become TSRI members.

2.What Chip Implementation services are available?

3.How to access the technical data of the Chip Implementation services?

After completing membership login, users should refer to the Application Guidelines of Process/Silicon Intellectual Property and submit an application. After obtaining permission to use the process technical data, users can apply for an EDA Cloud account or download the process technical data from TSRI website.

4.What are the application types for Chip Manufacturing?

1. Full-price Chip：For details, please refer to the Application Guidelines for the Full-price Chip manufacturing.
2. Advanced Chip (including partial-price, superior chip discount, and new professor discount)：For details, please refer to the Guidelines and Instructions for Applying for advanced chip manufacturing.
3. Educational Chip： For details, please refer to the Guidelines and Instructions for Applying for Educational Chip Manufacturing.

5.When can I submit an application?

6.Chip Manufacturing Application Procedures

1. All applicants must obtain the permission to use the process technical data.
2. Applicants should complete the upload of relevant documents before submitting chip manufacturing applications.
   • Applicants for Advanced/Educational Chip manufacturing must complete the upload of the Intellectual Property Right Affidavit ; please refer to the Advanced/Educational Chip Tape-out Guidelines.
   • Applicants for chip manufacturing with the new faculty discount should complete the upload of the new faculty qualification inquiry letter ; please refer to the Advanced/Educational Chip Tape-out Guidelines.
   • Applicants for the Educational Chip manufacturing should complete the Class Roster（sample）and upload the Excel file; please refer to the Advanced/Educational Chip Tape-out Guidelines.
3. During the opening period of Chip manufacturing application, applicants are kindly requested to log in as members on TSRI website first, then fill out the application form of Chip Manufacturing , and complete the uploads of design, layout, verification results and other files.
