| 3 | Hand In & Check In | Customer Service | Please hand in your OEM Service Application Form with the sample(s) to the Customer Service Center. Our engineer(s) will proceed with the operation and return the sample(s) to the Customer Service Center once completed. |
| 4 | Change & Resubmit | If any changes occur during the OEM service, kindly access the MES System and select Suspension. Please consult with our engineer before resuming the service. However, following the changes, the estimation process must be accordingly rerun, and a new OEM Service Application Form must be resubmitted. | |
