Promotion Strategies
TSRI is committed to enhancing international connections, shaping our image, expanding public relations, and promoting popular science knowledge. We collaborate with the International Affairs Office of the National Applied Research Laboratories (NARLabs) and maintain close interaction and exchange with other affiliated centers. TSRI adopts four major promotion strategies to continue the existing international reputation established by CIC/NDL and further elevate the institute's position as a benchmark institution in the global semiconductor technology community. With robust research and development capacities and a strong commitment to promotion, TSRI aims to realize its vision of "Global Excellence with Local Impact."

1、Service Extension
TSRI enhances complementary cooperation with international partners, expanding the scope and target audience, maintaining and continuously upgrading our semiconductor process and design services, hardware and software facilities, R&D, and verification platforms. We establish an independent semiconductor intellectual property (SIP) licensing mechanism and participate in the innovation ecosystem of international semiconductor academic R&D services.
2、R&D Collaboration
TSRI encourages, introduces, and assists the R&D collaborations between our researchers and domestic or international experts and scholars. We promote the effective utilization of research resources and exchange of experiences, not only aligns with the international academic and research communities, but engages with international organizations within relevant fields, and collaboratively formulates R&D projects with global partners to contribute to technological advancements.
3、Talent Development
TSRI deepens collaboration with leading international educational institutions in the field of information and electronic engineering, establishing a foundation based on existing high-quality faculty and core curriculum. We continuously develop an English-language teaching framework and content for emerging technologies and forward-thinking issues. We employ online platforms and educational technology to develop talents for the international semiconductor industry demanded by the industry. 4、Collaborative Activities
TSRI signs international partnership cooperation agreements or memoranda of understanding to jointly promote talent exchanges, reciprocal visits, conferences, domestic and international events, and international competitions in the semiconductor fields. We actively participate in relevant international semiconductor organizations and communities to expand cooperation opportunities and strengthen partnership.
