Occupational Safety and Health Digital Learning Platform TSRI Occupational Safety Physical Course Registration


Starting from February 2023, it is required to complete specified courses on Occupational Safety and Health Digital Learning Platform before registering for TSRI Occupational Safety Physical Course. The refresher does not need to attend the online course. Please refer to the following instructions for more details.

Registration Guidelines

• Please complete the specified courses on Occupational Safety and Health Digital Learning Platform and obtain a proof of completion.(How to obtain it?)
• Register online for the TSRI Physical Occupational Safety Course. (Please provide a photocopy of the signed proof of completion upon your check-in.)

Registration Information

• Registration Period: Please refer to the respective registration system instructions.
• Registration Fee: Free of charge.
• Mode of Learning: For initial training: Complete both the General Occupational Safety and Health Training Course and the TSRI Occupational Safety Training Course. For retraining: Complete TSRI Occupational Safety Training Course.
• Course Content: General Occupational Safety Education training and a Hazardous Chemicals General Educational Course.

Eligibility for Registration

To be eligible, you must meet one of the following criteria:

• A copy of transcript for the TSRI’s full-transferred course (e.g., passing the Semiconductor Experiment)
• A copy of transcript for the TSRI’s half-transferred course & a copy of TSRI SM01-1 course certificate
• Copies of TSRI SM01 and SM01-1 course certificates
• A copy of TSRI HF01 course certificate
• A copy of TSRI NM01 course certificate

Notes

1. Please make sure to complete the specified courses on Occupational Safety and Health Digital Learning Platform before attending the physical course.
2. After completing the digital learning platform's specified courses, print the proof of completion and sign it. Submit this document to the organizer during registration for record keeping.
3. On the day of the class, please submit a 1-inch head-shot to the Customer Service Center to obtain your Occupational Safety ID card. You will need this card to access the laboratory for subsequent equipment assessments and user self-service. For equipment operation training and card issuance, please refer to the User Self-service Procedure webpage instructions.
4. Mainland Chinese citizens, Hong Kong, and Macau residents, please follow the Regulations Governing the Entry of Mainland China Residents into Taiwan for procedures. If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Lai (ext. 7637).
5. Occupational Safety Retraining Courses start at the end of November each year and are only available for students who have already received their cards and have not attended any occupational safety courses in the current year.
6. Starting in 2023, SM02 Advanced CMOS Semiconductor Materials and Memory Integration Technology will no longer be included as a mandatory course.
