Online Access Card Confirmation and Equipment Satisfaction Survey for the 113th Academic Year Starting from September 16, 2024

Description: Taiwan Semiconductor Research Institute (TSRI) Access Card Membership Management Procedures
Plan:
In accordance with the TSRI Equipment Access Card Membership Management Procedures and to support the promotion of the Process and Measurement Analysis Service System, we will conduct the online magnetic card confirmation and equipment satisfaction survey for the 113th academic year. The details are as follows:
  1. Processing Period: From September 16, 2024, to October 16, 2024.
  2. Implementation Details:
    • Online Equipment Access Card Confirmation: Please log in to the "Member Service Platform" on the TSRI official website homepage. After logging in, select "Process and Measurement Analysis Service System," then click on "Member Services" => "Member Card Confirmation." Check whether the member information is correct and upload a document representing your student status (e.g., registration fee receipt, student ID/work ID, enrollment certificate).
    • Equipment Usage Satisfaction Survey: Please log in to the "Member Service Platform" on the TSRI official website homepage. After logging in, select "Process and Measurement Analysis Service System" to fill out the survey.
  3. Implementation Rules:
    • Starting from September 30, 2024, weekly reminders will be sent to those who have not completed the process.
    • Starting from October 7, 2024, weekly reminders will be sent to both those who have not completed the process and their advisors.
    • Starting from October 16, 2024, daily reminders will be sent for three consecutive days to those who have not completed the process and their advisors. Those who complete the magnetic card confirmation within one week after the deadline will have their card privileges restored within seven days.
