Access Card Verification and Satisfaction Survey

Dear Member,
In accordance with the TSRI Equipment Membership Card Usage Management Procedures and to support the promotion of the Process and Measurement Analysis Service System, we will conduct the 2025 First Half Online Membership Card Confirmation and the Second Equipment Usage Satisfaction Survey. The details are as follows:
Application Period:
September 15, 2025 – October 15, 2025
Procedures:
Online Membership Card Confirmation:
Please log in to the Member Service Platform via the TSRI official website homepage.
Select Process and Measurement Analysis Service System → Member Services → Membership Card Confirmation.
Verify your membership information, update your current academic year/grade, and upload a valid proof of student/affiliation status (e.g., tuition payment receipt, student ID, enrollment certificate, or employment contract).
Equipment Usage Satisfaction Survey:
Please log in to the Member Service Platform via the TSRI official website homepage.
Select Process and Measurement Analysis Service System to access and complete the questionnaire.
Implementation Details:
From September 29, 2025: Weekly reminder emails will be sent to members who have not completed the process.
From October 7, 2025: Weekly reminder emails will also be sent to both members and their advisors.
From October 13, 2025: Reminder emails will be sent for three consecutive days to both members and their advisors.
Members who complete the card confirmation within one week after the deadline will have their membership card privileges reinstated within seven days.
