To enhance service quality and streamline administrative procedures, the Taiwan Semiconductor Research Institute (TSRI) will implement a fully online application and approval process for equipment assessment forms effective January 1, 2026. All application procedures will be completed through the system, and paper documents will no longer be required, thereby improving efficiency and supporting environmental sustainability.

 

To assist users in smoothly transitioning to the new process, a system user manual is provided as an attachment. The manual includes application steps and approval procedures for your reference.
