Establishment of the SIG Service Platform
To accelerate innovation and enhance the international competitiveness of Taiwan’s semiconductor industry, the Taiwan Semiconductor Research Institute (TSRI) officially launches a Special Interest Group (SIG) service platform. The platform currently comprises four SIGs covering key technology areas: Smart Sensing System, Silicon Photonics, Advanced Packaging, and Compound Semiconductor. By gathering academic creativity, linking industry resources, and integrating the institute’s implementation facilities, the platform promotes cross‑border academic‑research collaborations and delivers world‑class joint outcomes.
