Temporary Suspension of Service During MES2.0 Upgrade and Facility Maintenance

Due to the MES2.0 system upgrade and facility power shutdown maintenance, the Customer Service Center will temporarily suspend acceptance of service requests from January 27 (Tues.) to February 4 (Wed.), 2026.
The MES system and facility systems are expected to gradually resume operation on the afternoon of February 4 (Wed.), 2026.Acceptance of outsourced processing requests will resume normal operation starting February 5 (Thurs.), 2026.
