Online Access Card Confirmation and First Equipment Usage Satisfaction Survey for the Taiwan Semiconductor Research Institute – Starting March 2, 2026

In accordance with the Equipment Access Card Member Usage Management Procedures of the Taiwan Semiconductor Research Institute (TSRI) and to promote the Process and Measurement Analysis Service System, TSRI will conduct:

l2026 First Equipment Usage Satisfaction Survey
Details are provided below:
1. Application Period
March 2, 2026 – April 2, 2026
2. Required Actions
Step 1: Log in
Go to the TSRI official website and log in to the Member Service Platform.
Select Process and Measurement Analysis Service System→Click Member Services→Member Access Card Verification.
Step 2: Confirm and Upload Documents
After confirming your personal information is correct, please upload the required documents based on your status:
(1)General Users
Upload valid proof of student or employment status, such as:
lCertificate of enrollment
lStudent ID with current registration stamp
lTuition payment receipt
lEmployment contract
(2)Service Laboratory Users
In addition to the documents above, please also upload proof of process authorization.
3. Important Notes
lBeginning March 16, 2026, weekly reminder emails will be sent to users who have not completed the required procedures.
lBeginning March 23, 2026, weekly reminder emails will be sent to incomplete users and their academic advisors.
lIf access card verification is completed within one week after the deadline, access privileges will be restored seven days after completion.

A. Online Access Card Verification
Step 1: Log in
Go to the TSRI official website and log in to the Member Service Platform.
Select Process and Measurement Analysis Service System→Click Member Services→Member Access Card Verification.
Step 2: Confirm and Upload Documents
