1. Processing Period: From September 14, 2026, to October 14, 2026.
2. Implementation Details:
   1. Online Equipment Access Card Confirmation: Please log in to the "Member Service Platform" on the TSRI official website homepage. After logging in, select "Process and Measurement Analysis Service System," then click on "Member Services" => "Member Card Confirmation." Check whether the member information is correct and upload a document representing your student status (e.g., registration fee receipt, student ID/work ID, enrollment certificate).
   2. Equipment Usage Satisfaction Survey: Please log in to the "Member Service Platform" on the TSRI official website homepage. After logging in, select "Process and Measurement Analysis Service System" to fill out the survey.
3. Implementation Rules:
   1. Starting from October 5, 2026, a weekly email reminder will be sent to those who have not completed the required task. 
   2. Starting from October 12, 2026, email reminder will be sent to both those who have not completed the task and their advisors.
   3. Access control card privileges will be suspended for those who fail to complete the requirements within the deadline. Upon late completion, privileges will be restored 7 full days after the completion date.
