High-Input and High-Stability Oscillator Circuit Technology Applied in Sigma-Delta Modulators

Technology description:
For most integrated chip applications, to meet power efficiency and system scaling requirements, clock generation chips (circuits) are generally integrated into a single chip together with other functional blocks. In order to prevent the efficiency of automotive electrical systems or smart machine application chips from deteriorating due to sequence signal changes when the operating voltage and ambient temperature of the systems or chips change, the frequency, oscillation or phase noise output by such clock generation circuits must have extremely low sensitivity to the operating voltage or ambient temperature. The set specifications of the oscillator circuit are as follows: Center frequency: 25MHz; operable voltage range: 2.7V-5.5V; applicable temperature range: -40°C-125°C. Within the operating voltage and temperature range, clock frequency change does not exceed ±1%.

Vendors that are interested may fill out the attached application form and provide seven photocopies of the following documents. They must send the form and photocopies to the TSRI’s contact as qualification review information by registered mail prior to the application deadline (the 20th day from the date of announcement).
Required photocopies:
- Photocopy of the certification of registration or incorporation
- Photocopy of the most recent business tax or profit-seeking enterprise income tax payment receipt
- Photocopy of the income statement and balance sheet for the most recent three years that have been CPA-audited
